11/12/2023 0 Comments Dua lipa future nostalgia shoot![]() ![]() It was stressful for sure, but I’m super happy with it, I got the shots that I wanted. Everyone takes their first few shots, they look at their camera and see that the exposure, the shadows, and the highlights all look good, and everyone does literally 10 second adjustments. Those are big shows, those are in TD Garden with thousands of fans screaming, and a lot of things going on… during the show I’m pretty locked in with my camera. The thing with these shows, I don’t see the lighting until comes on. Focus on the shots, once they happen they’re never going to happen again. It only happens once, so it’s a lot of being in the moment and breathing and trusting yourself. I had two cameras with me, a wide lens and a zoom lens. I have all my lenses in the spots I want them to be. So before the show, I went on YouTube and watched the first three songs over and over again and found the moments that I wanted to get photos of.ĭay of, I have all my gear. You can watch a show from a year ago on the same tour, she’ll literally be in the same stride at the same beat of the music every single show, it’s all queued. Especially for a show like Dua Lipa’s, everything’s on a time code. With these tours, because they’re so calibrated, everything happens at the same moment, in the same spot, every night.
